Coupons

With this additional function, you can manage coupon codes and offer discounts to regular customers, employees, partners, and friends.

Add a Coupon

  1. Enter a description
    • The description will be displayed in the reservation overview, on documents, and in emails.
  2. Enter the coupon code
    • The code must be entered for a new reservation to receive the discount.
    • Recommendation: Short coupon codes without special characters make it easier to type.
  3. Select the type of discount
    • Absolute: e.g., 5 euros coupon
    • Percentage: e.g., 5 % coupon
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Select status: active/inactive (optional)
    • For example, if the coupon should only be valid for a short time.

Enter a Coupon at a Reservation

  1. Select bicycles and accessories.
  2. Click on "Enter Coupon Code".
  3. Enter the coupon code.
  4. The configured discount will be applied to the reservation.
